A non-profit organisation, Manchester Unity Housing Association Ltd owns and manages Red Rose Lodge, a sheltered housing development based in Blackpool, UK. Made up of 51 self-contained, one-bedroom flats, the development provides individuals and couples who are over 60 with the opportunity to continue to live independently, but with the additional benefit of round-the clock warden support.
