Care and Welfare Officer, Manchester (central office)

We're looking for a part-time Care and Welfare Officer. This is a fixed-term contract from September 2024 to August 2025. You'll be working in the Oddfellows' city centre office as part of the Care and Welfare team supporting members directly and helping local Oddfellows branches to enhance the health and welfare of members. This role is for 21 hours a week and has an annual salary of £21,136. Closing date is midnight Friday 19 July 2024.

Part-time Events and Publicity Organiser, the Black Country (Wolverhampton/ Dudley/ Sandwell/ Walsall)

We're looking for a part-time Events and Publicity Organiser to join the team within our Birmingham District. You'll primarily help to promote the activities of the Branch and host some social groups in the Black Country area. The role is for 20 hours a month, on average. Flexible working hours to be agreed with the successful candidate. Required days of work are Tuesdays and Thursdays on a regular basis, Fridays once a month, and occasional Saturdays. The salary is £12 to £14 an hour, dependent on experience. This permanent position is home-based, although the activities you organise and host will be across the Branch's area. We're looking for a District Administrator to join our 5 Shires District, supporting teams across Bedfordshire, North Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and part of Oxfordshire. The role is for 45 hours a month. Flexible working hours to be agreed with the successful candidate, which may include weekend and evening work. The annual salary is £7,500. This permanent position is home-based, although you will need to attend business meetings which are typically held in Finedon (NN9) and Wootton (MK43). We're looking for a Social Organiser to join the team in Torquay for our Exeter Branch. You'll coordinate, organise and develop social events in across the Branch's area.
