Lancashire Day with Supper and Entertainment

On this day in 1295 the first elected representatives from Lancashire were called to Westminster by King Edward 1 to attend what later became known as 'The Model Parliament '.The Lancashire day Proclamation is read out by the town criers throughout the county on 27th November.Join other Lancastrians in celebrating Lancashire Day with the toast unique to Lancashire : the King, Duke of Lancaster.Traditional hot pot supper with a selection of Lancashire treats included.
