Mid Summer Supper Solstice, ( Fund Raiser)

We are holding a 3 course supper to celebrate Mid Summer Solstice This is a fundraising event for the Hockley and Hawkwell Day Centre and will be held in the centre maximum seats available 56. Please bring your own drink as there is no licensed bar. There is a choice of Menu

Starters   Melon with Parma Ham served on a bed of rocket and with a roll

               Prawn Cocktail service on lettuce with brown bread and butter

               Caprese Salad ( Mozzarella, tomato and Basil)  served with ciabatta bread slices and balsamic dressing.

Main Course   Home Baked Ham, with mustard sauce, Buttered minted new potatoes, Broccoli spears, buttered carrots and Cauliflower cheese.

Salmon steak with Hollandaise sauce, Buttered minted new potatoes, fine green beans, roasted vine tomatoes and buttered carrots.

Home made vegetable and cheese Quiche, buttered minted potatoes with a side salad.

 

Deserts    Sherry Trifle with apricots and peaches, sponge, custard and fresh cream.

               Brulee served with shortbread biscuit and fresh berries 

               Strawberry Tart with Creme Anglaise and fresh cream

               Cheese and Biscuits

 

Tea and coffee with mints.  Grand raffle to be held donations gladly received.
