Cost: £25

Come and savour the peacefulness of being by the canal, absorb the history emanating from the Grade II listed buildings and learn about the lives and work of the canal people as you enjoy a guided tour around the site.

The museum occupies part of a 200 year old historic dock, originally designed by Thomas Telford.  It was a major transhipment point for cargoes travelling between the port of Liverpool and the inland waterways network.  This is one of the largest and most complete dock complexes in the UK and is well placed to tell the story of the growth of the Industrial Revolution in Britain.

Price includes entry, tea & coffee on arrival and a guided tour.  We will then transfer to Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village for a couple of hours shopping.

Pick ups will be at Upton Victory Hall and Walton Village.  Meeting time will be confirmed nearer the date
