Resonate with hope -soothing sound bath

We are delighted to give you the opportunity to try sound bathing.Paula from Resonate with hope provides sound baths using gongs, crystal and tibetan bowls ,shamanic drums,rain sticks, koshi chimes and more. This can be done lying down on mats or we will have some comfy chairs available. Participants are immersed in these beautiful sounds.They are taken into a deep meditative state where the resonations' help support sleep, stress, anxiety, pain, brain chatter and much more. A must try experience.
