Sound On Talking Newspaper - Speaker

Sound On is the Talking Newspaper providing a weekly 90-minute audio programme of local news, serving people with a visual impairment in Ipswich Stowmarket, Leiston, and surrounding towns and villages.

The talk will cover the purpose, operation, and history of Sound On, and options for its future.

Tim and Rachel will also talk about volunteering and fund-raising for Sound On.

Also present will be Tim’s Golden Retriever Guide Dog, Kola.

The talk will last approximately an hour, including time for questions and answers.

Refreshments will be served following the talk.
