Caradoc Doy NDH - Freelance Horticulturist, Gardening Speaker & Veitch Researcher
As an authority on the history of the Veitch nurseries and their plant hunters, he staged a Veitch exhibit at the Devon County Show in 2004 which received a Large Gold Medal. Caradoc has featured on the BBC for his help with an exhibit at the RHS Chelsea Flower, winning a Silver Gilt Medal and the chance to meet HM The Queen, and he has also appeared on Celebrity Antiques Road Trip. Today he will be giving an illustrated talk on “Plants Behaving Badly”. This will be amusing and informative, highlighting popular plants that can cause issues if the gardener is not aware of their potential for trouble, with a brief opportunity for questions at the end.
