Defibrillator Awareness Session

Last year Leeds District installed a defibrillator on the side of our building.

Joanne Watson from the Yorkshire Ambulance Service is visiting us to explain to us what happens when you call 999, how the call is triaged and how a defibrillator is accessed if required.  Joanne will be fetching a training defibrillator and manikin and show how the defibrillator works, how to check if a person is or isn’t breathing and how to do CPR.
