Coach Debs will lead this gentle session, designed for all levels of ability. The rules disallow running but permit the ball to bounce twice if need be. No previous tennis experience is required and equipment can be supplied. You only need trainers, a water bottle and willingness to have a go. The tennis will be followed by tea and cake.
