Social | Nationwide event hosted by Nottingham Trent District Branch
Sunday 8 June 2025 at 12.00pm
Cost: Donation to St Barnabas
We are delighted to say that one of our members is opening their beautiful garden to raise funds for St Barnabas Hospice and Wellbeing Centre. One other garden is open on the same road and possibly more. There will be refreshments to enjoy whilst looking around these gorgeous gardens. This event is being held in conjunction with St Barnabas who are the leading charity in Lincolnshire providing palliative and end-of-life care to adults living with a life-limiting or terminal illness. Their vision is a world where dying with dignity, compassion and having choices is a fundamental part of a life. St Barnabas’s mission is to ensure all individuals facing the end of their life in Lincolnshire receive dignified, compassionate care when they require it and where they ask for it. so there will be a display table informing attendees about this great organisation. We will also have a display table about our great organisation! There are timely trains from Nottingham to get you to and from the event and there is a large car park at the wellbeing centre at 86 Barrowby Rd, NG31 8AF, which is in walking distance from the gardens. Our member's garden is 112 Barrowby Road NG31 8AF. Sorry no dogs as the member owns a lovely mature dog who might feel invaded!
