Watercress Steam Railway - Evening trip with Boundless

The Farnborough Group would like to invite you on a journey on the Watercress Steam train.

This is an annual event on The Watercress Line run every June by the Woking & Guildford Group of the railway. Oddfellows members, friends and family are invited.

The steam train leaves Alresford Station at 7.30pm for a return trip over the line - some 20 hilly miles. The train returns to Alresford around 9.30pm. Please arrive from 6.45pm

A June evening travelling through the Hampshire countryside should be memorable on a Locomotive. There will be Railway shops open at stations as well as a buffet at Alresford.  There will also be a buffet on the train serving refreshments (cold) and beverages plus alcoholic drinks!

There will be a pre-drawn raffle for footplate rides on the engine plus a run past at Ropley station where everybody detrains to watch the train steam through the station - a unique event in the Railway calendar.

There is parking available at Alresford Station.

Price just £10 per person with half price for those aged 12 and under - CASH ONLY PLEASE

All proceeds go to Hampshire Unit Restoration.
