Sheffield Social Afternoon

Ashton Carter speaks to us this afternoon about 'Sheffield: A Magical City'.  This talk looks at some of the amazing magic related stories that have happened in Sheffield.  These include our links to a man who found out how dangerous 'catching a bullet' can be, the teenager who taught Houdini one of his most famous stunts and the magician who converted his attic into a performance space and filled it with ghosts.  He will also delve into where magicians can buy their magic from and why its the best kept secret in the magic world.  Speaker to start at 1.30pm.  Everyone welcome.
