The Art of Surveillance

Join us to welcome back Jools Lloyd to the Tunbridge Wells Constitutional Club. Jools will give a fascinating insight into the world of surveillance, how it is used within a law-enforcement environment, and include many of the difficulties encountered when following people. A very interesting 'behind-the-scenes' look at an aspect of detective work that although the public are widely aware of, little is actually known about. Refreshments will be provided.
