We have managed to secure a talk about Medical Detection Dogs and how this fantastic charity has been training dogs to save lives using their amazing sense of smell. Bio Detection Dogs are trained to detect even the tiniest smells associated with diseases like cancer, Parkinson's and bacterial infections. This excellent charity has the potential to save thousands more lives and transform the future of disease detection.
Neil Smart, from the charity is going to join us from 7:00pm to tell us more, and he may even have an Assistance or Ambassador Dog with him!
We'd love for you to join us to learn about this amazing charity and show our support for such a worthwhile charity.
Please book your place with Demi at demi.trotman@oddfellows.co.uk or on 07722 010120 by Monday 15th June.
