First Aid (2 hours) - a hands on introduction to CPR, AED and dealing with unconscious but breathing casualties

Kate Burton is a highly experienced First Aid Trainer. In this session she will introduce you to essential first aid skills looking at CPR techniques, using an AED (automated external defibrillator) such as the type you might find in public places, as well as learning how to deal with unconscious but breathing casualties! This course should leave you feeling confident to deal with situations that may occur as you go about your daily lives. There is no exam and you will not get a certificate, but you will have some great learnings and experience.
