Every wondered what it is really like being a woman in wellies, wrangling sheep and shearing wool for a living? Well now is your chance to find out. In this lively hands-on talk Gracie Arnold will share her journey from a young girl playing the harp to a full blown shepherdess - mud, muscles, mishaps and all. She will chat about what it is like carving out a space in the farming world as a woman, the history of women out in the fields long before her, the future of agriculture and wht British wool (and the people behind it)deserve a bit more love. You will also get chance to feel different types of wool from various breeds she has  sheared. So it is not just a talk, it's a bit of show and tell as well bringing the countryside to life. 

Aptly we will serving shepherds pie for supper
