Yoga for all levels

Join us for our weekly yoga session as our teacher Margherita takes us though some moves to help improve mind and body.  This is a fun session.  The class lasts an hour.  The charge is £5 a month, payable on the first class attended in that month.  Non-members may have a taster session before joining.  No need to book just come in loose fitting clothing.  Call Sylvia for encouragement and more detail.
