Thanet Thursdays return to Ramsgate

Today we thought we would do some exploring and visit the Ramsgate Tunnels and discover history literally underneath our feet! 

The tunnels were reopened to the public back in 2014 and are full of interesting information from Thanet's past. Due to the nature of the visit there may be some accessibility problems for those with mobility issues. However, we are informed that there is still an interactive area where one can do an virtual tour as part of this experience so please advise us if you specifically would like to do this. With it's vast array of eateries close by we'll be sure to discover refreshments afterwards.
