Take your pick! Join in our friendly games to get you on your feet, like curling and table tennis. Or if you like a tune, take to the floor for some gentle dance and exercise. Either way, you’ll have some fun and movement. Of course, there’s always a brew and a cake if you need a bit of sustenance!
