Baking and Bread Making

This afternoon, we will be meeting at Parton Road Community Centre in the Cafe for a quick hot or cold drink, then moving through to our meeting room, where we will be having a guest Baker attending, teaching us the art of Bread Making from scratch. Neil who had over 15 years experience of working in bakeries, as well as qualifying and winning National Hovis competitions, will be teaching us the art of making bread by hand. With hints and tips we can learn along the way, all ingredients will be provided. Members are ask to just bring a baking sheet preferably lined with greaseproof paper and a zip lock bag that it will fit in or clingfilm and a tea towel.
Making will be done on site and proving and baking will be done in members homes when they return after the event
