Winter Wellness Talk with Community Nurse Sophie Jean in Stowmarket

NHS Community Nurse Sophie will be providing some much needed guidance to look after our bodies during the winter months, how to keep dressings clean and safe, the effects of moving bodies during the winter months, when to contact your doctor, what can be asked and dealt with your by pharmacist. What supplements are great for this time of year and signs to look out for if you are feeling ill.
