Are you fit and ready for the Christmas rush? This afternoon will be a demonstration about keeping fit and we will do some easy exercises mainly aimed at the over 60's, but you don't have to be old to come and join in.
Some of the exercises one can do from the armchair, but they do give you a real boost of energy. The usual TLC (Tea, Laughter and Coffee/Chat) will be there so do come and enjoy the experience.
Easy and comfortable clothes are the order of the day, so ladies wear your leisure trousers.
