Walk Around Jackhouse Nature Reserve, Oswaldtwistle

The Nature Reserve is a beautiful green area in the heart of Hyndburn. It has been part of local life for many years with generations of residents and dogs walking round the ponds and wandering through the woods with easy walking on good paths. 

The walking group meet on the first Monday of every month until October and walks are less than 4 miles.
Walkers with mobility difficulty or a specific health problem or who are seriously unfit should contact the walk organisers. Comfortable shoes or trainers can be worn. Usually meet at Blackburn Bus Station. Times sent out nearer the time.
