An outbreak of the plague was contained when the villagers decided to isolate themselves from the surrounding communities with many of the village dying. If  indepently travelling we can meet at 11.45am in the upper car park on Hawkhill Road, opposite the museum. Hawkhill Road Derbyshire S32 5QP
