Annual Summoned Meeting

On behalf of the South Wales District Committee of Management, we are pleased to invite you to our Annual Summoned Meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is to declare the past financial year's accounts and performances and addressing any matters relevant to our community. We will then elect the Committee of Management for 2025/2026

We will be sending out an agenda closer to the time. 

There will be refreshments and a light buffet provided, therefore we would ask that you arrive from 1.30pm with the meeting starting promptly at 2.30pm.
