Save a life...FREE Defibrillator and CPR awareness training

We will be hosting a FREE awareness training on how to use a defibrillator and give CPR. As you may know more and more PADs (publicly accessible defibrillators) are being put into communities which is amazing (we have added some too!). But you may not be confident on how to use one, and although they are very straightforward, in the heat of the moment it can be daunting so why not join us to get a chance to use one (not on a real subject of course!) This FREE event will be run by a long serving paramedic Craig who will guide you through it all and Alex will be there to support the hosting so if you would like to come along please contact Alex to book on.
