Solstice Sound Bath with Kerry

Join us for a Sound Bath,  a deeply immersive, full-body meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in sound waves, soothing tones and powerful vibrations created by Kerry using Singing Bowls and Chimes and Tuning Fork.

All you have to do is listen and allow the sounds and vibrations to wash over you, just quiet your mind—the sound itself is the focal point. You may also want to bring a cushion or a blanket for your comfort.

A 45min session followed by tea/coffee. 15 places only, booking essential.
