The Black Friars is a gem among the giants and this unique independently owned pub has something for all tastes. Having risen from the ashes and sympathetically restored it has being resurrected after lying derelict for over 15 years . Built in 1886 its extensive refurbishment in 2021 has brought harmony between the old and the new.
