A Countryside Walk

The Dog and Duck is surrounded by amazing countryside and there are some fantastic walks. This delightful pub in the heart of Outwood offers everything you would hope for from a quintessential traditional English country Pub. Charming, quaint and full of character, the Dog and Duck is set amongst hidden woodlands, lush green meadows, and the tranquil ponds of Harewoods National Trust. And there is free parking available at the pub.

We will set off for a gentle walk in the countryside, aiming to walk for approximately an hour before returning to the pub to meet for a cuppa and chat. Members are welcome to attend either the walk, the cuppa, or both. There is no charge for the walk and the cuppa will cost whatever you drink. Please let Amanda know if you plan to attend and if you have any accessibility requirements. Once we know who would like to come, we can choose a l evel of walk appropriate to the wishes of the walkers.
