Questionable Quackery - Thackray Medical Museum

Join us for a very special trip to the Thackray Medical Museum for an exciting and informative talk focusing on the darker side of medicine delving into the deceptive world of Quack Doctors of the 18th and 19th centuries and their questionable quack cures.

A seated talk of approx 45-minute seated talk, followed by 15 minutes for questions and view objects up close. Followed free time for you to explore the whole museum until they close. Tour starts at 1pm.
