Sound Bath with Lotus Moon in Crookham Village

Have you ever been to a sound bath?

It’s a fabulous form of relaxation and rebalances the body. It works on vibration at a cellular level, as the body is made up of 70% water (think of ripples on a pond).

What to bring to make it more relaxing for you?

A blanket & a pillow, some water, a yoga mat or similar and some socks!

Sam from Lotus Moon will have all the above if you wish to borrow, but always good to have extra layers.
Do wear comfortable clothes. 

This is our first Sound Bath event and booking/pre-payment is essential. Spaces are limited so please let Steph know as soon as possible if you would like to come or need any help to get there. If this event proves popular, keep an eye on our online diary for future dates.

Parking available in the Spice Merchant car park alongside

Entrance to the Coach house is via the door on the side.

Sound Bath lasts for approx one hour.
