Guest Speaker / Event at St Marks Church Hall - Spring into Summer with Nuffield Health

Join us at St Marks Church Hall for our regular speaker event.  

This month we are joined by Emma and some of the team from Farnborough’s Nuffield Health gym. They will share tips for leading a healthy lifestyle, give us some background into their free joint pain programme and, if you would like to join in,  we will also get the chance to practice some chair yoga. .

No need to wear gym kit, relaxed clothes will do.

With health and wellbeing in mind, start your summer positively.
