Join us for some light exercise and a friendly competitive morning with plenty of laughs and friendly banter! Kurling is played with sticks and stones (no ice!) while Boccia is a seated version of boules.
Refreshments will be served and all are welcome.
As this is the last Kurling before our temporary move in January this is also Christmas Jumper Day.
