Peak Rail Steam Train & Picnic or chips in the Park

Enjoy a nostalgic 4 mile stream train journey through the countryside on part of the old Midland Railway line, which closed in 1968.
Meet at Rowsley South train station – DE4 2LF (free parking) at 10.45am to catch the 11am train to Matlock. Bring a picnic or enjoy fish & chips outside if the weather is good. We will eat in the chip shop if the weather is bad. Take a walk around the shops or a enjoy a coffee shop before returning to Matlock Station at 1.30pm to catch the 1.40pm train back to Rowsley. Option to return on the 3.40pm if you prefer as your ticket is valid for the day.
There is an accessible carriage on the train and the station is accessible.
