Join our new fortnightly exercise classes. Movement made fun with a variety of chair based exercises taught by a qualified instructor, a great chance to meet new people and have fun.

These sessions will run on 19/9, 16/10, 23/10, 30/10 13/11 and then fortnightly thereafter.
