What is a Sea Shanty? A folk song? A working song? Or just a hearty song between mates?
Come and find out when Stuart Green (from the band called Isle ave a Shanty) will be with us to help us learn the history of seafaring songs, as well as the traditions and nature of maritime language. Once those rousing choruses get going you wont be able to stop yourself joining in!
