Annual Summoned Meeting

This is our formal business meeting where we update Members on the work of the Committee and give you the chance to have your say and vote on the recommendations from the Committee. A light buffet will be served on the day.  If there is enough interest, a mini bus can be put on for Liverpool members to come across, price to be announced depending on numbers.
