Shibden Estate is one of Yorkshire's most important heritage sites. The beautiful restored grounds commissioned by Anne Lister now boast walled gardens, woodland walks, lily pond and boating lake. We start our day in the park with a coffee at Coffee Culture in the Park from here we will split into two groups with the land train taking us up a short ride to the hall.

Shibden Hall dates back to 1420 and offers us a glimpse into the lives of people that lived there including diarist Anne Lister. The Hall has been closed to visitors recently while filming has taken place for a new tv series 'Gentleman Jack'. This is a great chance for us to wander about and see first hand where the filming was done as well as enjoying all the hall and grounds have to offer.

A £5 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your place and final balance by18th July please. Cost includes coach, tea/coffee on arrival, land train to Hall, entrance fee to Hall.
