Out and About - Greater Manchester Police Museum

The Greater Manchester Police Museum founded in 1981 is a former police station converted into a museum and archives detailing the history of policing in Greater Manchester. There is a lot to see in the video archives of cars, war time, police stations, history of women in the police and much more with a great collection of historical items. As near the Northern Quarter with its many eateries we can grab something to eat after the visit.
