Annual District Lunch and Optional Weekend

We will be returning to the Riviera Hotel, Alum Chine for our Annual District Lunch - 12.30 for 1pm.  Our Chairman, Margaret White, would be delighted to welcome you.  We will be having a raffle in support of The Ladybird Clinic, Dorset Breast Screening Unit, so if you are able to donate a prize that would be amazing.  We have negotiated a two course option for £27 or a three course option for £32 and hope you will be able to join us.  Please contact Andrew or Margaret for the menu choices and to book your place.

We have also arranged a weekend stay for those who would like to join us from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th October. The cost per person, for 2 people sharing is £190. This includes dinner on both Friday and Saturday evening and breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday morning and, of course, the 3-course lunch on the Sunday. If you would prefer the 2-course option the total would be £185. We have five rooms available for single occupancy at the same price, but once those have gone the surcharge will be £30 per room per night.

If you would like to book for the weekend, we require a £50 per person non-refundable deposit. We will automatically send the menu choices pre-order form for the Annual District Lunch to you if you are coming for the weekend.
