York Oddie's Hikers - Sledmere

This popular 3-mile circular route of Sledmere Park takes us through woodland and around the perimeter of the Deer Enclosure and then straight across it, with great views of the Castle and House. Sledmere is not easily accessible by public transport, so we will be arranging lifts amongst us, shortly after the booking deadline. On the day, we will meet in the large Estate car park at Sledmere House (free of charge) and, after the walk, we will have lunch at a venue of our choice.
