With its quirky mix of old and new independent shops and old fashioned seaside promenade, we will today visiting the Vintage Empire (tucked around the corner from Morrisons) - a fabulous 1940's inspired tea room with nostalgic decor and loose teas, homemade cakes, breakfast and lunches - what is your excuse not to come?
