Join Graeme for an introduction to Chi Gung and Meditation. Graeme is a highly experienced, gentle and down to earth teacher who has worked with organisations such as Age UK for over 15 years. Chi Gung is a set of standing exercises and gentle slow flowing movements and can help with Muscle Strength balance, flexibility and cognitive function. The session will finish with Meditation and last approx 45 mins. You will need a chair and space to stand and stretch and wear comfortable clothes and trainers or slippers.
